Policies


By registering for a class, you agree to ALL policies listed below. Please read carefully.

  • You are registering for our December 2021 Holiday Classes, Spring 2022 12-Week Session OR our SATURDAY single classes 
  • Masks are required of ALL adults. This is a fluid situation that may change and we are following CDC guidelines.
  • If participating in a Holiday or Saturday class, a single class payment is due upon receipt of invoice. NO materials need to be purchased in order to participate.
  • Our Spring 2022 Session payment will be made in 2 installments. The first payment is due upon receipt of invoice and the 2nd (final) payment is due Feb 5th.
  • All families (12 week session) are required to purchase book & music ($37.50)
  • All new families (12 week session) are also required to purchase an instrument pouch ($20).
  • Absolutely no one will be permitted to join who is exhibiting any sign of sickness.
  • 2 Make-up classes are permitted for our Spring 2022 12- Week Session and must be scheduled.
  • There are NO make-up classes for our Saturday or Holiday Classes.
  • In the event, one of our teacher's needs to cancel class (12-week session), we will try to schedule a subsitute. If we are unable to get a sub, the class will be made up at the end of the session.
  • In the event we need to close due to Covid, the classes will be offered virtually via Zoom.
  • We ask each family bring a yoga mat or non-slip mat to sit and make music on.
  • Refunds or Credits will NOT be provided for our December Holiday 2021 Classes, Spring 2022 Session, or our Sat classes.
  • Class max for our studio session is 12 families. 
  • Please only one parent per child!
  • Absolutely no snacks in studio or lobby. Breastfeeding and bottle feeding is welcome.
  • All families will be required to sign a Covid waiver.
  • Please be on time! The studio will open to families 10 min prior to start of class.
  • Grownups-get your pedicures and/or socks ready! No shoes permitted on studio floors. Toddlers will want to be barefoot to avoid slips on dance studio floor.
  • We want to make our parental expectations clear and reinforce directions, thus encouraging kiddos to self-regulate and set them up for success! Please encourage and model activities.
  • If your child needs a break or is being disruptive, please take them out to the lobby area or hallway entrance to calm them down.
  • Babies up to 6 months are welcome to attend at no cost with older sibling.
  • Please either babywear or carry babies in. Lobby space is limited and will not accommodate strollers.
  • Photos and videos may be taken during class and used for social media and/or advertising and promotional materials.
