Refund & Make-Up Policy

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or CHARGEBACKS.

Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer Sessions

• There are no refunds or chargebacks for missed classes due to illness, nap schedule, playdates, Dr. appointments, etc. 
• Our Summer Session II includes 2 Free classes that must be completed by Aug. 8th. Classes will not be transferred.
• Our Fall 2025 Fall Session includes two (2) make-up classes if needed. Make-ups must be completed by end of session.
• We do not provide make-up classes in the event of a Hurricane closure.
• Make-ups are offered during our weekday class schedule.

Pop-Up Weekday, Saturday & Holiday Classes

• If joining us for a Weekday, Saturday, or Holiday Pop-Up single class, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS.
• If provided 48hrs written notice to our business email (72hrs for Holiday classes), we will TRY to accommodate a credit for a future Sat, Holiday, or Pop-Up class at our discretion.
• We will accept written notice to our business email at musikgartenorlando@gmail.com. We will not accept social media or cell phone messages as notification.
• If you email and do not receive a response in 2-3 business days, please assume we did not receive your original email and try emailing again.
• Class credits for missed Pop-Ups will be given at the discretion of Bushel & Peck. 
• In the event your Pop-Up class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be offered a full refund or class credit.

We thank you for your understanding with our NO REFUND and NO CHARGEBACK REQUEST policy. Please note, if you're a nice human we generally lean towards offering you a one-time credit.
